We are invited to a Formal Dialogue concerning the Baguio Horror Festival and the proper conduct of community events and creative expression.

We warmly encourage everyone who supports the arts, our creative community, and the many forms of art and imagination that make Baguio what it is to attend and take part in this important conversation.

Let us come together with open minds and respectful hearts.

Let us listen to the concerns being raised, take time to understand the different perspectives, and share our own thoughts with clarity, courtesy, and sincerity.

This is a formal dialogue, and we ask everyone attending to observe proper decorum. Please come appropriately dressed (or in costume, cause why not) and conduct yourselves with the respect befitting the occasion and the people who will be part of the conversation.

We are not there simply to speak for what we love.

We are there to understand one another.

Our creative spaces, our traditions, our beliefs, and our communities may sometimes meet at different points of view. But through honest conversation, patience, and mutual respect, there is always room to find understanding.
