We’ve found a location in Baguio City where everyone can find what they’re looking for in a meal. Located on Marcos Hwy with lots of parking, this is the perfect place to stop for that perfect Baguio Feels selfie with great views day and night.

Introducing the establishments of Summer Pines Residences. Each having their own unique personality and pride, They all have their charm of their own. If I were to describe them as a person, they would be like a multi-racial tita that makes sure you’re full.

  1. Silantro

You may know of Silantro beside Grumpy Joe near Lafayette. Turns out they moved in Summer Pines Residences ! They primarily sell Fil-Mex food that ranges from 150 pesos to 1150. Their recommended item is their tacos where you have a choice of Lengua(or beef tongue), lamb, beef, chicken and carnitas (slow cooked pork in lard). They also have paellas and steaks !! Their operating hours are between 10AM – 10PM

2. Ritz Cafe

Ritz Cafe is a Cafe/Restaurant that started in 2022 in the Bell House at Camp John Hay and eventually moved to Summer Pines. They make almost all of their ingredients from scratch and specialize in Filipino and American cuisine. The owner studied cuisine in the US, and used her knowledge and passion to open Ritz Cafe, They have the exact same menu when they started and still have them today. It’s a great place to take your date. They’re open between 11am – 8pm. (On weekends they’re open until 9pm !).

3. MANA Cafe

MANA Cafe is another cafe in Summer Pines residences where you can get your coffee fix ! . Their bestselling items are their Etag Ramen, and the MANA Signature Burger that’s a Buy one Take one promo deal with a pure beef patty. They cater mostly to students and working adults. They have an all day breakfast, rice meals, gourmet burgers and signature drinks that separate them from the rest of the cafes here in Baguio.

4. Hidden Vietnam

Hidden Vietnam is an authentic, Vietnamese owned restaurant that local Vietnamese people of Baguio are regular to. They make arguably the most authentic Vietnamese food in Baguio, ordering even local ingredients from Vietnam so they have the closest taste possible to what you would have in their motherland. They open between 11AM – 8PM, and are open until 9PM in the weekends. They have an amazing pho, banh mi, and even have Bun Cha !

5. Sky Bistro Lounge

Once known as Eunoia, Sky Bistro Lounge is a bar/cafe/restaurant that has a bar/cafe/restaurant that prides themselves on their Ramen and Chicken Burgers. Doors open at 10am  until midnight. They serve a whole variety of food and drinks including(but not limited to) Ramen, Cocktails, Coffee, and even pizzas !
