**Lakad, Takbo, at Galaw Para sa Kalusugan, is a wellness fun run activity which aims to promote and raise public awareness on the significant role of physical activity in the prevention and control of lifestyle diseases. This year's run is in commemoration of the National Hypertension Awareness Month and National Cervical Cancer Awareness Month in May, and a prelude to National No Smoking Month in June, which highlights the importance of screening and promotion of healthy habits to beat non-communicable disease.
