E.C.O. Food and Beverage Store is hiring service crew for Mixue Ice cream and Tea at their KM5 La Trinidad location
Overview:
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards, handling cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the store. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Prepare and serve ice cream and beverages according to company standards
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, workstations, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with stocking supplies and inventory as needed
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations
• Handle customer concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor
