Sales Promoter – Full Time
Tiong San – Harrison Road seek a full time sales promoter for their Smartphones and Laptop team
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensures achievement of sell-out thru the active promotion and selling of all products
c. Ensure consistent stock availability across all models based on retail performance
standards
d. Ensures cleanliness of Huawei stores and overall displays
e. Maintains good relationships with dealers, dealer frontliners, co-promoters and other store
partners
f. Assists in volume drivers improvement
• Ensures product distribution reach (number of stores penetrated)
• Ensures product distribution depth (number of models per store)
• Manages overall Order-to-Deliver, Customer Service level, Days of Stock at the store
level
• Ensures achievement of share of shelf targets and compliance to visual
merchandising standards
• Ensures pricing standard compliance
• Ensures smooth and efficient execution of below-the-line promotions and
recommends localized programs to achieve set targets
g. Liaises with the dealer front liners and encourages compliance on various company
standards, such as, but not limited to I-Retail, Retail Training, Visual Merchandising, etc.
h. Tracks retail performance and ensures timely reporting of distribution, share of shelf,
visual merchandising compliance, new product pipeline, promotions, pricing, competitive
activities, etc.,
i. Handles deployment and regular monitoring of trade assets, such as, but not limited to
modules, POSMs, LDUs, etc.,
j. Ensures submission of reports such as master coverage plan, call sheets, liquidations,
etc.,
k. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Skills Required:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- College level or 2-year college degree preferred
- 1 year experience in sales is an advantage
- Prior experience in mobile phone sales or customer service (e.g., service crew, cashier) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote and sell products effectively
- Basic technical product knowledge (especially mobile devices)
- Capable of meeting monthly sales quotas
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and rapport-building
- College level or 2-year college degree preferred

Salary & Benefits:
P530/day plus P500 monthly load
