Overview:
A Sales Manager drives revenue growth and improve brand visibility. In order to draw clients and increase revenue, this versatile position combines customer interaction, marketing strategy, and sales techniques. Assist in upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality to our customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract customers and drive foot traffic to the restaurant. This may involve organizing events, running special offers, or leveraging digital marketing channels such as social media and email marketing.
-Collaborate with restaurant management to develop effective sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue streams. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and implementing sales plans.

-Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Use insights gathered to refine marketing strategies and tailor offerings to meet customer needs.
-Implement branding initiatives to enhance the restaurant's visibility and reputation in the market. This includes managing the restaurant's online presence, designing marketing collateral, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
-Collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to explore partnership opportunities that can drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Skills Required:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in a similar industry is preferred.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
-Experience in coordinating promotional events and partnerships with other businesses or organizations
-Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends for events and promotions.

30k-50k negotiable
