Overview:
engages customers in retail settings, creates attractive product displays, manages inventory, and drives sales to meet targets by explaining product features, providing excellent service, and ensuring high product visibility and stock availability, often in department stores or specific brand counters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide product information, demonstrate features, answer questions, and encourage purchases to meet sales quotas.
Merchandising: Set up and maintain appealing product displays, arrange shelves, ensure cleanliness, and transport/assemble promotional materials.
