Overview:
An Online ESL Teacher conducts English lessons for non-native speakers through virtual platforms. The role involves teaching speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing skills, preparing simple lesson materials, encouraging student participation, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Teachers are expected to be punctual, professional, and supportive of students’ learning progress.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach English lessons online to non-native speakers
Help students improve speaking, listening, reading, and pronunciation
Follow lesson plans and company guidelines
Encourage and motivate students during class
Give simple feedback on student progress
Maintain professionalism and punctuality

Skills Required:
Can Communicate well using English / knows how to use MS and basic troublehooting
