Overview:

The Store LSM Coordinator is responsible for driving local sales and marketing initiatives to boost store performance. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities such as bulk orders, party bookings, and community partnerships. The coordinator also organizes outside selling activities, supports in-store activations, manages customer leads, and ensures seamless coordination with store operations.
This is a contract-based position, renewable based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Duties and Functions - Store LSM Coordinator (Racks and Tenya Baguio stores)

1. Identify and pursue local sales opportunities such as bulk orders, party bookings, catering and out-of-store partnerships with nearby offices, schools and communities.

2. Organize and support outside selling activities (ex. bazaars, corporate events, school fairs) to promote party packages and bulk offerings.

3. Build and manage a lead database, maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders and referrals.

4. Store Activation Execution, support in-store activations such as sampling, table-to-table engagements and exclusive offers that highlight bulk orders, party packages or deals.

5. Coordinate with store Operations to ensure smooth execution of all above-mentioned activities.

NOTE:
THIS IS A CONTRACT-BASED EMPLOYMENT - CONTRACT IS RENEWABLE BASED ON PERFORMANCE

Skills Required:

Experience in sales, marketing, or events coordination — preferably in the food or retail industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and partners.

Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events, promotions, and leads effectively.

Creative and proactive mindset in identifying sales opportunities and executing marketing activities.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.

Team player with the ability to coordinate with Operations and other departments.

Willing to work on-site and participate in field activities (bazaars, community events, etc.).

Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.
