Line Cook
Overview:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet PVT’s standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to support smooth operations.

Skills Required:
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
