Job Title: Influencer Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Assistant to help grow our TikTok affiliate marketing business. Your primary responsibility is to find and recruit TikTok influencers and creators who can promote and sell our merchants’ products through TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
– Search for qualified TikTok influencers and content creators
– Reach out to influencers and introduce our affiliate program
– Build and maintain relationships with creators.
– Assist influencers with onboarding and product selection
– Coordinate product collaborations with our merchant partners
– Follow up with influencers to encourage content creation and product promotion
– Track influencer performance and maintain accurate records
– Work closely with the marketing team to achieve recruitment and sales targets

Qualifications
– Experience using TikTok and familiar with TikTok Shop and Affiliate Marketing
– Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Confident in chatting and negotiating with influencers
– Computer literate and organized
– Goal-oriented and able to work independently
– Experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or social media marketing is an advantage but not required
