Overview:
Maintain, manage and repair IT system
Resolving network issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software
Identifies and escalate priority issues
Routes calls to appropriate resource
Follows up customer calls where necessary
Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested
Reports directly to your Team Lead/Supervisor/Assigned POC

Skills Required:
BS in Information Technology or BS in Electrical Engineering graduate
Must have one year of experience as Technical Support Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Committed and passionate to learn

Salary & Benefits:
