Full time Laborer Wanted – Summer Pines Residences
Summer Pines residences are seeking a fulltime Laborer to
support construction and/or maintenance activities.
This position involves manual labor, operating machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing workspaces.
Operate/assist in power tools safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures, scaffolding, and other components.
Support skilled tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.
Carry out routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Perform basic repairs and upkeep as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors or project managers.
