Full Time Dining Staff Wanted
Gypsy Baguio by Chef Waya is seeking fulltime dining staff
Overview:
The primary role of the Dining Staff is to ensure a positive guest experience through excellent customer relations and efficient cashiering. This includes greeting guests, handling transactions accurately, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. As a secondary responsibility, the Dining Staff also supports serving duties such as delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and assisting with order accuracy to ensure smooth dining operations.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
- Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment (e.g., beverage dispensers, credit card machines)
- Familiarity with order tracking or table management systems (preferred but not required)
Education
- High school/College diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Certifications
- Food Handler’s Permit (can be obtained upon hire)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus, but not mandatory)
Experience
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service is preferred but not required
On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
