Hotel Tugos seek a Front Office Associate with excellent customer service skills to join their team

Overview:

A Front Office Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the hotel. They serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency. The role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and provide prompt assistance upon arrival.

Handle check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

Manage room reservations, walk-ins, and guest requests.

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash transactions.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a courteous manner.

Uphold hotel policies, standards, and service quality.

Educational Requirements:

At least high school graduate or college level; hospitality background is an advantage.
