PGI are seeking a full time Field Sales Supervisor for Pangasinan

Overview:

To ensure the attainment of his sales territory’s sales, distribution, merchandising and collection objectives with budgeted sales expense, by adequately and effectively training, motivating, directing, spot auditing, appraising and rewarding the sales force under him and by properly implementing and controlling through his men the sales, distribution, trade development, collection, merchandising, market hygiene, plans and activities set for his unit by analyzing and interpreting correctly sales statistics and other market information and providing sufficient feedback to the Operations Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Staff Administration, Training and Development: Ensures optimum and effective utilization of field personnel under his supervision by conducting regular on-the-job training, periodic performance appraisal and evaluation indicating therein the strong and weak points of his staff, conduct job coaching and counselling whenever called for, instituting rewards or disciplinary actions or further training whenever necessary. In addition, he also performs the role of field personnel administrator with regards to the benefits, privileges and related needs of his staff.
• Interpretation and Implementation of Policies, Directives, Instructions and the Like. He sees to it that all company policies, directives, instruction are properly interpreted, implemented and adhered to.
• Analysis and Control of Trade Accountabilities. He sees to it that collections are performed efficiently within his area, and the credit policies and collection standards are being implemented
• Trade Relations. In order to assure satisfaction to and receive cooperation from the trade, he regularly visits customers at their places of business and in the process attends to their needs, complaints and inquiries. In addition, he also attends to trade complaints received from consumer services or consumers within the area of responsibility. He should also conduct a business review for major contributions of the area.
• Trade Promotions/Program Implementations: Assist in the implementation of trade promotional activities or program implementations designed to push sales output to trade customers, as well as, provides feedback on the assessed result of such activities.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Prepares timely and accurate reports. He likewise maintains an up-to-date and accurate file of all important sales documents.
• Cash Collection and Vending Machine Management: Regularly visit vending machine locations within the assigned area.
Collect cash from vending machines and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of collected amounts.
Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate with the technical team for any required repairs or replenishments.
Ensure vending machines are stocked and operational, meeting the company’s standards.

Skills Required:

-at least a college graduate
-With Good Communication Skills
-With Supervisory/Management Skills and Experience
-With People Management or Handling Experience
-Basic Data Analysis, problem-solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Google Sheets)
-With Sales Experience
-Must have a valid Driver’s License with Restriction codes A, B, & B1
-Willing to do field work
-Operations for effective sales transactions
-Proficient in motorcycle & 4 wheels driving (Manual Transmission)
