Join our dynamic team at TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. & DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. as a Customer Service Representative . In this full-time position based in Baguio City Benguet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide helpful and informed solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

Skills Required:
What we're looking for
At least 6 months of experience as a CSR is a MUST!
Business level English fluency is essential for this role, both oral and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using various computer applications and BPO Tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrate customer service experience, preferably in a call center
With a pleasing personality
Professional client interaction.
Flexible with shifting schedules.
