Customer Experience Crew – Cinema
SM Lifestyle, Inc. is looking for a Customer Experience Crew to join our Cinema Operations team. This role ensures every cinema guest enjoys a safe, clean, and first-class entertainment experience while assisting in daily operations and driving sales at our Snack Time and ticketing counters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting and handling purchases.
Prepare and serve food at Snack Time; manage bulk orders and catering for block screenings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
Monitor stock, track sales, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist guests with seating, tickets, and navigation inside the cinema.
Ensure safety and compliance with cinema policies and regulations.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Participate in training and personal development programs.
