Overview:
We are hiring skilled Cooks with experience in American or Western-style cuisine. The role requires strong knowledge in preparing dishes such as burgers, pasta, sandwiches, fries, and other diner-style menu items. This is for a pre-opening team, so applicants must be experienced, reliable, and capable of maintaining consistent food quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present American and Western-style dishes
Maintain food quality and portion standards
Assist in menu preparation and kitchen organization
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workstation cleanliness
Support kitchen operations during peak hours

Skills Required:
At least 1 year experience in Western, American, or diner-style cooking
Skilled in preparing burgers, pasta, sides, and grilled items
Can follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Educational Requirements:
No Educational requirements required but At least 1 year experience as a Cook in diner-style cooking
Salary & Benefits:
Baguio Min Wage + 10% Service Charge
