Overview:
To ensure the attainment of sales, distribution, and merchandising objectives in consideration of the company’s policies and rules and regulation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets and follow route coverage plans.
Execute in-call procedures to ensure distribution, merchandising, and program compliance.
Coordinate with merchandisers and support product displays.
Ensure accurate picking, loading/unloading, and quality handling of stocks.
Review orders, invoices, and conduct regular truck inventory.
Assist in collections and complete required reports.
Communicate operational and inventory concerns to the team.
Follow safety protocols, company policies, and perform other assigned tasks

Act as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
Gathers feedback from customers to further improve services, planning, and execution of trade activities
Explore new customers and develop untapped areas for coverage expansion, subject to the approval of the management
Contact customers to confirm delivery details.

Educational Requirements:
At least Senior High School Graduate
Salary & Benefits:
