Roles & Responsibilities:
Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Technical Sales Representative
Sales and Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct field visits,and product presentations.
Product Knowledge and Technical Support
Demonstrate a deep understanding of all products, including their technical features, usage, and benefits.
Provide accurate technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
Assist clients in resolving product-related concerns.
Marketing and Promotion
Collect feedback from clients and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and product development.
Sales Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, collections, and inquiries.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned areas.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the Sales Head, Operations Team, and Warehouse Department to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
Coordinate customer orders and ensure accurate and on-time dispatch.
Achievement of Sales Targets
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Strategize and implement plans to expand market reach and achieve sales growth.
Compliance and Professional Conduct
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Uphold the company’s image by maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and integrity in all transactions.

GRADUATE OF BACHELOR IN ANIMAL SCIENCE
