– Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
– Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
– Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, sanitation, and use of housekeeping tools/chemicals
– Ability to clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas efficiently
– Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of guest privacy
– Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
– Time management skills and ability to complete assigned rooms/tasks on schedule
– Willing to follow hotel standards, grooming, and safety procedures
– With or without experience
